Me and Nora were looking at cooking classes to make sushi but wtf they’re like $80 for 3 hours! We do not have the money nor the attention span to do such things. So we took it upon ourselves to make our own using:
rice with rice wine vinegar
panko bread crumbs for some *crunch* (didn’t really work)
a place mat… instead of a bamboo mat. but at least we didn’t use a magazine like Nora originally suggested
and a sushi book that Natasha gave me for my birthday a couple years ago
They weren’t amazing but they were pretty decent. It took us a bit to get them to look THIS good. But it paid off!
